About the role#
This is a full-time co-op position for the Summer 2026 term. You will work within the Integrated Supply Chain group at our Avon, Ohio facility. This role is on-site and requires a 40-hour work week.
What you'll do#
- Prepare and manage the Requests for Quotation (RFQ) process.
- Analyze quotations and assist with capital appropriations and purchase orders.
- Track and maintain monthly and annual metrics.
- Support the Supply Chain manager and buyers with daily tasks and projects.
- Participate in supplier meetings, cross-functional team meetings, and manufacturing reviews.
- Help resolve invoicing and payment issues.
- Assist with supplier transition projects and new product introductions, including identifying new suppliers.
- Serve as a liaison for the product change process team.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited college or university with a major in Supply Chain Management or Operations Management.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- A self-motivated and detail-oriented approach to work.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and complete projects on time.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
