About the role#
This summer internship offers a hands-on introduction to how CACI responds to Government Request for Proposals (RFPs) from a cost perspective. You will work within the Pricing Department and engage with teams across Finance, Contracts, Subcontracts, Business Development, and Capture. This role is paid and requires you to work on-site at our Chantilly or Reston offices.
What you'll do#
- Learn the process for submitting bids to the Government.
- Develop cost models and write cost narratives.
- Prepare Government price submissions.
- Learn to use Deltek ProPricer software.
- Interpret Government RFPs to ensure compliant cost proposals.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- A strong background in finance or mathematics.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
- MS Word skills are preferred.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA is desired.
- Previous related experience is a plus.
