About the role#
We are looking for an Embedded Software Engineering Co-op to join our team for the Fall 2027 term. You will work alongside experienced professionals to develop, test, and document software. This role provides hands-on experience with production code development for Windows, Linux, and Real-Time Operating Systems.
What you'll do#
- Write code using C++, C#, C, and Python.
- Develop and execute software tests.
- Create and update requirements, test plans, and release documentation.
- Submit your code for peer review before it is released.
- Use tools like Git, Bitbucket, GitLab, and Jira to manage tasks and code changes.
What you'll need#
- You are currently a Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- You have experience programming in C++ or C#.
- You understand Object-Oriented Design.
- You are authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
- You can successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening.

- This position is located in Danbury, Connecticut.
- The role is on-site.
- The term runs from August 2027 through December 2027.
- This is a paid, part-time position.
