About the role#
We are looking for an Electromechanical Engineering Intern to join our team for the Summer 2027 term. You will work within the Mechanical Engineering department to support the design and analysis of hardware for electro-mechanical and opto-mechanical systems.
What you'll do#
- Assist with hardware design and analysis tasks.
- Contribute to projects involving electro-mechanical and opto-mechanical systems.
What you'll need#
- Completion of at least 1 year of college or university.
- Current enrollment in a Mechanical Engineering program.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with CAD software.
- Knowledge of GD&T and its application on drawings.
- Experience with mechanical design and fabrication methods.
- Familiarity with Product Data Management tools like PDMLink.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

- This position is based on-site in Danbury, Connecticut.
- This is a part-time internship role for Summer 2027.
