About the role#
As a Mechanical Engineering Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in a professional electromechanics environment. This is a full-time position for the Summer 2027 term. You will work directly with our engineering team on plant operations and design projects.
What you'll do#
- Review and modify tooling and fixture drawings using Pro-E CAD software.
- Create new designs for tooling and fixtures.
- Manage process improvement projects, including the update of work procedures.
- Investigate and resolve plant issues, including part rework operations.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor of Science program in Mechanical Engineering.
- Knowledge and understanding of stress analysis.
- Basic familiarity with engineering drawings and geometric tolerancing.
- Strong verbal and technical writing skills.
- Experience with Pro/E Creo CAD software is preferred.

- Compensation: Paid position ($25.05 - $29.83 per hour).
