About the role#
As a Quality Engineer Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in quality engineering. You will contribute to projects focused on the safety and integrity of materials and structures. This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with engineering teams to support improvement initiatives and work instruction enhancements.
- Create 3D models and assist in preparing inspection plans, procedures, and reports.
- Analyze test results and help interpret findings.
- Support the development and implementation of quality control procedures for manufacturing and NDT processes.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot defects.
- Maintain documentation of inspection activities and results.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor of Science program in Mechanical, Computer, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering, Material Science, or a related field.
- Experience using CAD software.
- A basic understanding of materials and their behavior.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- This role is located on-site in Euclid, Ohio.
- The position is full-time for the Summer 2027 term.
