About the role#
This internship supports the Project Management Office by assisting with scheduling, cross-functional communications, and data reporting. You will help prepare status updates and executive summaries for supply chain initiatives while gaining insight into how different business functions work together.
What you'll do#
- Support scheduling activities and project-related communications.
- Prepare project status updates, milestone summaries, and select financial information.
- Create concise summaries for key supply chain initiatives.
- Develop and maintain routines for validating data used in performance reporting.
- Build and maintain dashboards that track key performance indicators.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Logistics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems.
- Strong PC skills, specifically in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of AI tools like Copilot or ChatGPT.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
Location & details#
- This position is based on-site in Lynchburg, Virginia.
- The role is full-time and paid, with an hourly rate between $19.85 and $32.24.
- This is a rolling internship.
