About the role#
As a Design Engineering Intern, you will support Design and Product Engineering tasks. You will work in a team environment to help complete engineering projects on time and within budget to meet customer expectations.
What you'll do#
- Evaluate hardware discrepancies against contract requirements and design integrity to determine technical disposition.
- Generate and maintain computer models and drawings for component parts and assemblies.
- Interface with customers, engineers, and other functional departments to support engineering objectives.
- Assist with various engineering tasks and projects as needed.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor of Science program in Mechanical Engineering.
- Knowledge and understanding of stress analysis.
- Basic familiarity with engineering drawings and geometric tolerancing.
- Strong verbal and technical writing skills.
- Experience with Pro/E Creo CAD software is preferred.
- U.S. citizenship is required.

- Term: Summer 2027.
- Status: Full-time, paid internship.
