About the role#
As a Global Supply Chain Analytics & Insights Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the development of analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions. You will work with the Global Supply Chain business teams to translate business needs into practical, measurable, and scalable analytics solutions. This role involves identifying opportunities for data-driven improvement, predictive insights, and process optimization within the Global Supply Chain organization.
What you'll do#
- Partner with business teams to identify opportunities for data-driven improvement, automation, and advanced analytics.
- Support the development of dashboards, reports, data models, and analytics tools to improve supply chain visibility.
- Contribute to data cleansing, validation, visualization, and analysis using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Python, or SQL.
- Help evaluate analytics and AI outputs against business outcomes to ensure they meet operational needs.
- Map and analyze current-state processes to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
- Research analytics best practices and emerging technologies to support supply chain transformation.
- Present project findings and recommendations to leadership and business stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Interest in learning tools such as Power BI, SQL, Python, or Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional, team-oriented environment.
Location & details#
- Location: Fond du Lac, Wisconsin.
- Modality: Hybrid.
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Compensation: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and business needs.
- Employment status: Paid internship with no visa sponsorship available.
