About the role#
The Finance, Insight, and Analytics team supports business decisions by combining financial expertise with business intelligence and advanced analytics. You will partner with teams across Commercial, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to evaluate performance, forecast trends, and drive growth. This internship provides hands-on experience and exposure to leadership through real business projects.
What you'll do#
- Analyze financial, operational, and business performance data.
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and business reporting processes.
- Create dashboards, visualizations, and reports to track key metrics.
- Develop financial models and business cases.
- Partner with stakeholders to solve specific business challenges.
- Identify growth opportunities and operational efficiencies through data analysis.
- Translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
- Support process improvement initiatives.
- Prepare presentations and communicate insights to leadership.
- Present a final project and recommendations to business leaders.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in Finance, Data Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Working knowledge of Python, SQL, or R.
- Experience with databases and statistical analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Intellectual curiosity and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Experience analyzing large datasets and generating insights.
- Interest in machine learning, AI, and advanced analytics.
- Ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders.
