About the role#
The Supply Chain Intern supports the Supply Chain and Purchasing teams through ERP integration, data validation, and process improvement projects. You will work alongside Purchasing, Planning, Operations, and Engineering departments to improve data accuracy and drive operational efficiency. This role offers hands-on experience with procurement processes, material planning, and data governance in a professional manufacturing environment.
What you'll do#
- Assist with ERP implementation, including data validation, system testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Maintain and audit ERP data for accuracy, including item master records, supplier information, and purchasing attributes.
- Create reports and dashboards to monitor data quality metrics and resolve discrepancies.
- Support buyers with purchase order processing, maintenance, and supplier communication regarding delivery schedules.
- Document current and future state processes to assist with workflow optimization and standard work development.
- Participate in cross-functional projects related to procurement, planning, and supply chain operations.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, or Power BI.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of purchasing, inventory management, or supply chain concepts.
- Exposure to ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, D365, QAD, or Infor.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.

- Locations: Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, and Lowell, Michigan.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week).
- Compensation: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
