About the role#
This is a 10-week summer internship based at the Bristol Myers Squibb biologics campus in Devens, Massachusetts. You will join the Supply Chain team to support the Cell Therapy Facility. The program focuses on building professional skills through hands-on work, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration. This is a full-time, on-site position running from June through August 2027.
What you'll do#
- Evaluate current material storage and movement processes, from receipt through delivery to end users.
- Define storage capacity requirements for materials used in the facility and identify gaps.
- Collect, organize, and analyze material usage and throughput data.
- Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Facilities teams to understand logistics.
- Support efforts to align storage and material movement with new automated technologies.
- Document your findings and present recommendations to project stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's (third-year or above) or Master's program in Supply Chain, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience or coursework in data mining and analytics.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and exposure to project management methods.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Interest in BioPharma and biotechnology.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States at the time of hire and for the duration of the internship without sponsorship.
