About the role#
This is a six-month full-time co-op program running from January through July 2027. You will work at our Devens campus, which houses our biologics facility and cell therapy operations. You will be matched with projects based on your skills and interests to support continuous improvement initiatives. This role provides hands-on experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment, including opportunities for mentorship and networking.
What you'll do#
- Support structured problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts.
- Review, organize, and maintain technical documentation.
- Analyze data or trends to identify root causes and develop actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate across departments including Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Automation, and Supply Chain.
- Explore and help pilot emerging tools and technologies.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a STEM Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate program.
- An interest in biotechnology, specifically biologics or cell therapy processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- A willingness to gown into controlled manufacturing spaces when required.
Location & details#
- Location: Devens, Massachusetts.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week, Monday through Friday).
- Compensation: $24.00 to $45.00 per hour, depending on academic level and experience.
