About the role#
The Commercial Leadership Development Program (CLDP) Internship is a full-time summer program for MBA students. You will join Bristol Myers Squibb to work on projects that support our commercial strategy. This internship runs from June 7 to August 13, 2027. High-performing interns may receive an offer to join the full-time, 3-year CLDP rotational program after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to team goals through challenging assignments.
- Collaborate with commercial leaders and key stakeholders across the organization.
- Develop and launch new sales force promotional materials.
- Partner with senior marketing leadership to shape brand strategy.
- Translate data insights into patient education resources.
- Participate in brand planning and marketing excellence initiatives.
- Attend speaker series with senior leaders and formal mentorship sessions.
- Deliver a final presentation to senior leadership regarding your summer projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an MBA degree program with a graduation date by Spring 2028.
- Authorization to work in the US. We do not provide visa sponsorship for this role.
- At least 3 years of full-time work experience is preferred.
- Experience in marketing, sales, or the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership in professional, community, or student organizations.
- Ability to gather, analyze, and translate data to understand markets and customers.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to lead without authority.
- A desire to bring new approaches and innovative ideas to your work.

- Location: Princeton, New Jersey.
- Work Modality: Hybrid.
- Compensation: Up to $55.00 per hour, based on experience and education level.
