About the role#
The Completions Operations Engineering team in St. Louis is looking for students to join our engineering group for the Summer 2027 semester. This internship offers hands-on experience working alongside professionals in the aviation industry.
What you'll do#
- Perform mechanical engineering design, modeling, and drafting for aircraft interior equipment.
- Use scanning and 3D printing tools.
- Develop and modify engineering processes.
- Coordinate with shop manufacturing personnel during fabrication.
- Participate in root cause and corrective action events.
- Contribute to new development engineering projects.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in Aerospace, Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, which must be listed on your resume.
- Ability to work in a hands-on, aviation focused environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to convey technical concepts clearly in writing and speech.
- Proven leadership skills from campus or previous work experience.
- Maturity and a high level of professionalism.
- Reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in the English language.
- Previous internship experience is preferred.
Location & details#
- This position is based on-site in St. Louis, Missouri.
- The internship is a full-time, paid role for the Summer 2027 term.
