About the role#
Boulay is hiring a Valuation Intern for the Spring 2028 term. This internship provides exposure to our Consulting department as you assist with valuation, due diligence, and transaction consulting. You will work on diverse projects and participate in training programs with direct mentorship.
What you'll do#
- Research clients, industries, economic trends, markets, and competitors.
- Conduct financial analysis and build financial models for transactions, enterprise valuations, and equity securities.
- Apply valuation methods including discounted cash flow analysis and market valuation multiples.
- Develop detailed financial models with income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasts.
- Write business valuation reports and proposals based on your research and analysis.
- Present findings to the internal Consulting team and clients.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Completion of introduction and intermediate accounting courses.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Exemplary oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Compensation: $31.00 per hour.
