About the role#
As a Due Diligence Intern, you will join the Consulting team to assist with buy and sell side projects. You will gain hands-on experience by working with our team to convert raw data into actionable insights for clients. This role provides exposure to various industries, including healthcare, software, manufacturing, and construction. You will also participate in in-house training programs and receive direct mentorship.
What you'll do#
- Build and link financial statements and models using Excel.
- Conduct financial analysis, including cash to accrual conversions.
- Review and extract data from QuickBooks or similar ERP software.
- Complete a case study and present your findings to team leaders.
- Shadow client meetings to learn about client relationship management.
- Apply GAAP and accrual-based accounting principles to your work.
- Format large datasets to meet departmental standards.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Completion of corporate finance or accounting coursework.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.

- Term: Winter 2027 (January through May).
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $31.00 per hour.
- Status: Full-time, paid internship.
