About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience within our Client Accounting and Advisory Services team. You will work directly with clients and receive one-on-one training to support your professional development. This is a full-time, paid position running from January through April 2027.
What you'll do#
- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, data entry, reconciliations, and payroll support.
- Organize and maintain accounting records and files.
- Prepare financial reports, 1099s, and simple tax filings.
- Track expenses, invoices, and reimbursements.
- Communicate with team members regarding task progress and ask questions as needed.
What you'll need#
- Working toward a bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or finance, or pursuing 150 credit hours.
- Completion of intermediate accounting coursework by the start of the internship.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA and a strong academic record.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- A strong desire to learn and develop professionally.
Location & details#
- This role is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
- The position follows a hybrid work model, typically requiring two to three days in the office per week.
- This is a paid, full-time internship for the Winter 2027 term.
