About the role#
The Summer Games is an internship program that simulates a startup accelerator environment. You will work in teams to develop solutions for complex customer problems. Throughout the program, you will receive mentorship from senior leaders and use company engagement models to build your technical skills. The experience concludes with a final Challenge Cup competition and presentation to senior leadership.
What you'll do#
- Develop a breakthrough idea or solution for customer problems.
- Participate in a startup accelerator simulation.
- Work in teams on a challenge project.

- Solve problems using company products and engagement models.
- Participate in a final Challenge Cup competition and presentation.
What you'll need#
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, C, C++, Assembly, Python, Perl, R, or Bash.
- Experience with machine learning, data mining, statistics, or graph algorithms gained in academic or internship settings.
- Experience with conducting research and writing software.
- Ability to produce technical documentation and create design artifacts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent critical thinking, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Scheduled to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in a Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics field by Summer 2028 or Summer 2029.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
