About the role#
The Intern to Entry Level Conversion program is designed for the Summer 2027 Business Functions Intern Program. This opportunity is open to students who have previously interned with Boeing and are looking to transition into full-time roles. These positions span various business functions, including Quality, Finance, Program Management, Human Resources, Sustainability, and Industrial Engineering.
What you'll do#
- Participate in the Summer 2027 Business Functions Intern Program.
- Adapt to roles across diverse business functions such as Quality, Finance, and Program Management.
- Contribute to team environments and support ongoing projects.
- Perform work onsite or in a hybrid capacity, depending on the specific team requirements.
- Meet all Export Control compliance requirements.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college or Bachelor’s degree program or higher from an accredited institution, with a graduation date prior to August 2027.
- Previous internship experience with Boeing.
- Strong performance in past internships, demonstrating leadership qualities.
- Ability to work effectively in a changing environment and adapt quickly.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multi-function audiences.
- Must meet Export Control compliance requirements as a U.S. person.
