About the role#
As an intern in the Office of the COO, you will gain exposure to how a global financial services organization operates at scale. This role is designed for students interested in business management, operational strategy, governance, technology, and execution. You will support teams focused on operational excellence, business management, and enterprise enablement.
What you'll do#
- Support day-to-day activities and strategic initiatives within the Chief Operating Office.
- Conduct research and analysis on operational processes, performance metrics, and business priorities.
- Help track action items, risks, milestones, and deliverables across ongoing projects.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Assist with documentation of business procedures, workflows, and governance materials.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program.
- Graduation date in December 2027 or May 2028.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or Operations Management.
- Must not require sponsorship for employment visa status.
