About the role#
The Delivery Summer Internship Program at BNY is a 10-week experience where you will help teams plan, prioritize, and deliver work. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to connect business priorities to Objectives and Key Results. This role provides exposure to the Enterprise Transformation Hub, where you will help shape the standards and tools used to manage delivery at scale.
What you'll do#
- Map processes and value streams to identify dependencies and smarter ways of working.
- Support PI and delivery planning by keeping milestones, capacity, and risks visible.
- Use AI-enabled tools to summarize information, streamline reporting, and translate data into actionable insights.
- Partner across teams to manage intake and strengthen alignment.
- Create updates and delivery-health insights to help leaders track progress and performance.
- Shape playbooks, standards, and improvement efforts to increase efficiency.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program.
- A focus on Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Operations Management.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
- You must not require sponsorship for an employment visa.
