About the role#
This is a full-time internship position for the Winter 2027 term. You will join the Corporate Real Estate team to support the planning, development, and delivery of various initiatives. The role focuses on operational management, process improvement, and the execution of strategic projects to support the employee experience.
What you'll do#
- Support day-to-day operational processes, program management, and administrative tasks.
- Analyze data to provide insights, create dashboards, and produce regular reports.
- Develop solutions and recommendations based on business strategy and stakeholder needs.
- Build and participate in change management plans, including readiness assessments and execution.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement workflows and program tools.
- Communicate and reinforce department principles, standards, and processes.
- Track metrics and milestones for strategic initiatives.
- Apply the Risk Management Framework to ensure all activities align with bank policies and regulations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Business Administration program or related field.
