About the role#
This internship program provides hands-on work experience within the health insurance industry. You will work on projects that build your professional skills while gaining insight into how our organization operates. This position is a full-time, paid opportunity for the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Research business problems and help management implement solutions.
- Support projects that improve organizational efficiency.
- Analyze business goals and internal needs.
- Learn about our products, data, and organizational structure.
- Participate in department meetings and networking events with company leaders.
- Take part in community outreach and volunteer activities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate, Master’s, or PhD program.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience handling confidential information with care.
- A focus in Facilities Management or Construction Management is preferred.
- AutoCAD experience is a plus.
