    About the role#

    As a Campaign Fundraising Manager, you will lead peer to peer fundraising efforts to meet annual revenue goals. You will build relationships with volunteers and corporate partners while implementing campaign standards across our event portfolio. This role focuses on the Student Visionaries of the Year initiative in the Grand Rapids market.

    What you'll do#

    • Drive high-impact peer to peer fundraising to reach annual budget targets.
    • Implement organizational campaign standards across the event portfolio.
    • Build and manage a sponsorship pipeline by prospecting qualified corporate partners.
    • Organize mission centered, local donor cultivation events.
    • Recruit and cultivate high-level volunteer committees.
    • Partner with internal departments to communicate organizational programs and priorities.

    What you'll need#

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
    • 4 to 6 years of experience in a directly relatable role.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
    • Knowledge of multiple sales channels, including digital and social media.
    • Excellent skills in relationship building, volunteer recruitment, and sales.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines effectively.

    • Travel: Required within the designated area.
