Responsibilities • Keep things running smoothly with admin support (emails, data entry, calls, coordination) • Respond to client, partner, and prospect messages and inquiries with professionalism and personality • Support special projects and ideas—we’re always building something new
Requirements • Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field; rising juniors and seniors preferred. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal. • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. • Familiarity with basic accounting principles and financial terminology. • Ability to assist with accounting data entry, recordkeeping, reconciliations, reporting, and other administrative accounting tasks. • Experience with QuickBooks is a plus, but not required. • Ability to maintain confidentiality when working with financial and business information. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a willingness to ask questions and learn. • Authorized to work in the United States and located in Greensboro, NC. • Must be able to work 20 hours per week, with occasional flexibility based on department needs. • Commitment to maintaining a high-performance culture and upholding company values.
