About the role#
The Learning & Organizational Development team is looking for a part-time intern to assist with a 5-6 week project. You will convert existing training courses from iSpring into professional PowerPoint presentations. The content is already developed, so your focus will be on translating that information into effective, clean slide decks using our established templates and branding.
What you'll do#
- Convert training modules into polished PowerPoint presentations.
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT to assist in the development process.
- Apply visual design principles to improve how information is presented.
- Manage multiple presentations, files, and revisions.
- Ensure all work follows company branding and formatting standards.
What you'll need#
- Current status as a college sophomore or junior.
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and generative AI tools.
- A good eye for visual design, including layout, spacing, and hierarchy.
- Attention to detail regarding formatting and alignment.
- Ability to incorporate feedback and manage revisions.
- Majors in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or Business Administration are preferred.

- This is an on-site position located in Greensboro, NC.
- The internship takes place during the Fall 2026 term.
- You must be authorized to work in the United States.
- This is a paid, part-time role requiring 20 hours per week, with occasional evening or weekend availability.
