About the role#
Cogent Analytics is seeking an Operations Administration Intern for a six- to twelve-month rotational internship. This position focuses on cross-training across core operations functions to build the knowledge necessary to provide coverage for Operations Administrators. As you become proficient in each area, you will assume day-to-day responsibilities to support operational continuity. This role requires a minimum of 20 hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Cross-train in invoicing, collections, report generation, and client lifecycle tracking.
- Learn and work across ClickUp, Fulcrum, Core, and Tableau.
- Provide coverage for Operations Administrators after demonstrating proficiency in each function.
- Maintain accurate client, financial, and operational records.
- Generate reports and track required follow-up activities.
- Help ensure administrative responsibilities continue without interruption.
- Follow established procedures while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Handle financial and client information with accuracy, professionalism, and discretion.
