About the role#
The Indianapolis Colts are hiring a Social Media Intern to assist with content creation, publishing, and digital coverage. You will work alongside the social media team to support daily operations, real-time content initiatives, and organizational activations. This position provides hands-on experience in professional sports content production and digital storytelling.
What you'll do#
- Capture, edit, and publish content across team social media channels.
- Assist with coverage during gamedays, practices, and other NFL events.
- Monitor platform updates, fan conversations, and emerging trends to help inform future content.
- Organize content libraries, track deliverables, and support team workflow processes.
- Join brainstorming sessions and creative discussions to contribute to team projects.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and gamedays.
- A portfolio demonstrating your skills and experience.

This is a paid, full-time, on-site role based in Indianapolis, Indiana. The position follows a rolling term.
