About the role#
The Fan Engagement and Grassroots Marketing Intern supports community and fan initiatives for St. Louis CITY SC. This role involves active participation in team events, match day operations, and outreach programs. You will work on-site for the duration of the Fall 2026 and Winter 2027 terms.
What you'll do#
- Lead team events including festivals and watch parties.
- Manage weekly inventory of Street Team swag.
- Assist with match day operations for first team and CITY2 games, including supporter section and Block Party duties.
- Execute logistics and activations for the CITY Schools program.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling and outreach event support.
- Carry out grassroots marketing initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college or university for the 2026-2027 academic year.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Ability to live in the St. Louis area during the academic year.
- Availability to work on-site for at least 20 hours per week.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Majors in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration are preferred.
