About the role#
The Marketing Analytics & Consumer Insights team is looking for an intern to support data analysis, research, and storytelling. This role focuses on using data to inform strategy, improve fan engagement, and drive revenue. You will work on real business challenges across digital, marketing, and business operations.
What you'll do#
- Analyze data from ticketing, merchandise, digital engagement, CRM, and surveys to identify trends.
- Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Excel, Power BI, or Looker Studio.
- Apply data science and machine learning to optimize marketing and business efforts.
- Support market research, including survey creation, data cleaning, and synthesizing findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate analytical findings into actionable insights.
- Support guest experience on gameday and other events as needed.
What you'll need#
- A completed or in-progress bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience with statistical models, analysis, predictions, and algorithms using Python or R.
- Experience with relational databases and data extraction software such as SQL or SAS.
- Experience using reporting software like Tableau, Power BI, or Domo.
- Experience working with large datasets to compile fan or customer segmentation schemas.

- The role is on-site.
- This is a full-time, paid internship with a rolling term.
