About the role#
Nokia is hiring a Data Analytics & AI Co-op for the Fall 2026 term. This is a full-time, paid position based in Dallas, Texas. You will work in a hybrid capacity for a duration of 4 months, from August through December 2026. Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
What you'll do#
- Build, maintain, and improve analytical solutions by preparing datasets for exploration and visualization.
- Create dashboards and reports that turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Apply analytical techniques and tools that match the structure and quality of the data.
- Document and present your workflows, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Support initiatives to improve forecasting accuracy, automation, and data reliability.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor or Master degree program in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- A strong analytical foundation in statistics, time-series analysis, or machine learning concepts.
- Experience working with complex, multi-dimensional datasets.
- Familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
- You should be curious and able to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- It is helpful if you have experience with cost forecasting, financial planning, AI productivity tools, SQL, Python, R, or process automation.
