About the role#
The Susquehanna Co-op Program offers students a chance to apply classroom knowledge to real business scenarios. You will work on projects that have a measurable impact on the business. Throughout the term, you will receive mentorship from experienced technologists and business analysts. You will gain a deep understanding of how large language models function in data-driven environments.
What you'll do#
- Select impactful AI use cases and evaluate their business value.
- Assess model quality, reliability, and risk using appropriate evaluation methods.
- Work on projects that have measurable business impact.
- Develop AI product thinking skills.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a degree program for Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, SQL, or C#.
- Practical experience with NLP or working with LLMs.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with MLOps practices and data modeling.
- An interest in the financial services industry.
