About the role#
The People, Culture, & Workforce Analytics Intern will support the People, Culture, and Community Engagement team. This academic-year role focuses on using data analytics, digital technology, and artificial intelligence to address human resources and business challenges. You will work with the Senior Director and cross-functional partners to translate workforce data into insights that inform strategies for culture, engagement, and talent development.
What you'll do#
- Support the collection, organization, and analysis of workforce data related to engagement, retention, and talent development.
- Assist in developing dashboards, scorecards, and data visualizations to communicate findings.
- Research and test emerging artificial intelligence and digital tools to improve HR processes.
- Analyze training participation, completion, and feedback data to identify learning trends.
- Support workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives, including projects with Employee Resource Groups.
- Prepare presentations and summaries to share research and data insights with HR and business leaders.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a four-year degree program, such as Data Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or Computer Science.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple assignments.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality when handling employee and workforce information.
