About the role#
The Predictive Data Science Internship is a 12-week paid summer program for students interested in applying data science, analytics, and AI to real business challenges. You will work within our Digital and IT teams to uncover insights and build models that support global operations. This role is designed to build foundational skills through project work, mentorship, and professional development sessions.
What you'll do#
- Work with large datasets to uncover insights and build predictive models.
- Develop data-driven recommendations to support business decisions.
- Analyze customer, dealer, supply chain, and operational data to identify trends and improve forecasting.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to turn data into actionable solutions.
- Participate in mentorship, networking events, and professional development programming.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelors or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
- Ability to commit to a full 12-week internship, working 40 hours per week.
- Openness to geographic mobility and relocation opportunities.
- Reliable transportation for daily commuting.
- Must be a U.S. person and not require sponsorship for employment.
Location & details#
- This is an on-site, full-time internship for Summer 2027.
- Positions are located in Medina and Plymouth, Minnesota.
- This role is paid, with overtime eligibility.
