Student Supply Chain & Fleet Management Coordinator

About the role#

This four-month co-op position offers students the opportunity to manage specific projects while receiving support from a supervisor and technical mentor. You will join the team in Calgary for the Fall 2026 term, gaining hands-on experience in supply chain and fleet management within the construction industry.

What you'll do#

• Collaborate with the National Supply Chain team to support Master Data Management and vendor management programs.
• Coordinate data validation between suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct market research for purchasing and subcontract administration to support proposal development.
• Assist in creating templates and standard content for purchasing processes.
• Compile and analyze spend data, vendor utilization, and external market information.
• Work with the National Fleet Management team on program initiatives, including documenting processes, procedures, and training materials.
• Participate in meetings with internal teams and external vendors to track action items and fleet-related initiatives.
• Maintain internal documentation and coordinate reporting requirements for various audiences.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a Supply Chain, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related program.
• Must have at least one semester of education remaining following the internship.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Highly developed interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• A sense of urgency and a strong commitment to achieving goals.
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain positive professional relationships.
• Proficiency with Canva.
