About the role#
This 8-month co-op position offers students the opportunity to manage a business-relevant project independently while receiving support from a supervisor and technical mentor. You will join the team in September 2026 to support operational enablement and learning initiatives across various departments, including Digital Services, Operations, People and Culture, and Finance.
What you'll do#
- Organize meetings and manage project timelines and schedules.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest improvements to streamline workflows.
- Collect operational data, generate reports, and analyze performance metrics.
- Build dashboards to track KPIs and present actionable insights.
- Assist in the design, development, and evaluation of learning activities, including facilitator manuals and instructor-led or virtual training materials.
- Develop communication and marketing materials to promote learning solutions across business divisions.
- Monitor emerging trends to provide recommendations for operational innovation.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary degree, diploma, or certificate program in Communications, Adult Learning, Business, or a related discipline.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Ability to lead and operate effectively in an environment with frequent change.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive professional relationships.
- A sense of urgency and a strong commitment to achieving goals.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a positive attitude.
