About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in warehouse operations. You will work directly with warehouse staff and leadership to learn how the business runs. The program lasts 10 weeks and requires 40 hours per week. Successful completion may lead to full-time opportunities after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Learn warehouse operations and collaborate with warehouse staff.
- Assist leadership with training and administrative tasks.
- Support the Inventory Control Team with daily tasks.
- Participate in Waste Walks and Seven Step Problem Solving.
- Prepare a formal report and presentation on a specific area of warehouse operations for ALDI executives.
- Attend company training sessions and meetings.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively within a group.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under strict deadlines.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 45 pounds.
- Comfort working in varying temperatures, including refrigerator and freezer environments.

- Pay: $28.00 per hour, plus eligibility for overtime.
