About the role#
The Corporate Human Resources Intern role provides hands-on experience across multiple areas of HR. You will rotate through different teams to gain exposure to various functions, processes, and career paths. This position focuses on building practical skills, developing professional relationships, and contributing to organizational initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Participate in structured rotations across teams such as HRIS, Benefits, HR Shared Services, Recruiting, and Employee Relations.
- Assist with HRIS activities, including employee data maintenance, reporting, and audits.
- Support recruiting tasks like job postings, candidate communication, and interview coordination.
- Help with Benefits administration, including enrollment processes and answering employee inquiries.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and assist with process improvement initiatives.
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and general documentation tasks.
- Collaborate with the team on special projects and HR-related research.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn new systems, processes, and technology quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple assignments.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
