About the role#
This is an 11-week internship program based in Omaha, Nebraska. You will work 40 hours per week during the summer of 2027. This role serves as a pipeline to the Conagra Brands HR Development Program, which is a three-year rotational program for new graduates. You will receive professional development, network with company leaders, and participate in an orientation session.
What you'll do#
- Assist the HR department with daily operations.
- Partner with leadership on either a corporate or manufacturing HR team.
- Support business performance in areas such as compensation, employee relations, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a master’s degree program, such as an MHR or MBA, with at least one semester remaining after the internship concludes.
- Current pursuit of a degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Willingness to relocate for the duration of the internship.
