About the role#
As a Business Services Intern, you will join our team to help transform business processes through data, automation, and AI. You will partner with business leaders and technical experts to analyze data, build insights, and explore solutions that create measurable business value. This role is designed for students who want to bridge the gap between business strategy and technical delivery.
What you'll do#
- Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automation, AI, and data-driven improvements.
- Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support leadership decision-making.
- Develop proof-of-concepts using tools like Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Power Platform, and Copilot.
- Design intelligent workflows and AI-enabled business processes.
- Work with stakeholders to translate operational challenges into technical solutions.
- Present your recommendations and project outcomes to business and technology leaders.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a degree program with at least one semester remaining after the internship.
- Pursuing a degree in MIS, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Curiosity about automation, artificial intelligence, analytics, digital transformation, and emerging technologies.
- Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts into business insights.
- Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, Power Platform, or AI tools is a plus.
Location & details#
- Location: Omaha, Nebraska.
- Term: Summer 2027 (May 24 - August 6, 2027).
- Modality: On-site, 40 hours per week.
- Compensation: Paid internship with relocation and housing assistance provided as needed.
