About the role#
The ASPIRE Internship is an 11-week, paid, full-time program. It provides exposure to the operations of a large food and beverage distributor. You will spend your summer rotating through key business areas to understand the food supply chain from start to finish.
What you'll do#
- Rotate through Administration, Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Purchasing departments.
- Complete small, impactful projects within each department.
- Collaborate with fellow interns on a group project.
- Present your group project findings to senior leadership at the end of the program.
What you'll need#
- You must be graduating between May 2027 and May 2028.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 is required.
- You should be pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Finance, or Economics.
- You must submit a resume with your application.
- Relatives of current Ben E. Keith employees are not eligible for this program.

- This role is located in San Antonio, Texas.
- The internship is an on-site, full-time position.
- The program runs during the Summer 2027 term.
- You are responsible for your own housing and transportation for the duration of the internship.
