About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience within our Assurance practice. You will work alongside team members to support audit engagements and gain insight into our firm practices. This is a full-time, paid position for the Winter 2028 term.
What you'll do#
- Participate in a structured on-the-job training program to learn audit methodology.
- Provide support functions to the audit staff during engagements.
- Communicate with clients, customers, and creditors regarding audit issues.
- Document work in working papers using firm tools and templates.
- Complete an accounting or audit research project and present your findings to a panel of professionals.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelors or Masters program in Accounting.
- Active pursuit of school credits to become a CPA.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A Masters degree in Accounting and leadership experience are preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
