    About the role#

    This internship sits within the Disputes & Economics business group, specifically the Valuation and Transaction Advisory practice. You will work alongside accountants and financial analysts to resolve complex disputes. Projects vary in length and scope, requiring you to design creative approaches to address specific client needs. You will join a project team for the summer to build solutions and participate in group learning projects to refine your financial modeling and communication skills.

    What you'll do#

    • Develop valuation and accounting analyses.
    • Conduct research to support project goals.
    • Prepare reports that synthesize complex data and findings.
    • Provide client service as part of a project team.
    • Participate in group learning activities to improve technical and communication skills.

    What you'll need#

    • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or economics, or a Master of Accounting.
    • Expected graduation date between December 2027 and August 2028.
    • Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or better.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Access.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Creative problem-solving ability and a collaborative mindset.
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and excel in a team environment.
    • Willingness to travel and work overtime as needed.
    • Permanent authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

    • Compensation: $34 per hour.
