About the role#
This internship supports the Disputes & Economics group within the Financial Services Advisory practice. You will work as part of a project team to deliver value to clients in banking, insurance, capital markets, and fintech. Interns perform work that impacts client outcomes, including process optimization, AI implementation, and regulatory compliance projects.
What you'll do#
- Identify gaps and opportunities for automation in client processes, controls, and risks.
- Gather client data and use AI tools to support analysis.
- Review client documentation to understand current business processes.
- Perform financial, accounting, economic, and statistical analyses.
- Document findings and create presentations in PowerPoint.
- Assist with project planning, tracking action lists, and preparing status reports.
- Prepare client reports and exhibits.
- Present your findings to the consulting team and clients.
What you'll need#
- Undergraduate degree with a graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Major in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or an analytical field.
- Minimum 3.3 GPA.
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong working knowledge of AI tools and workflow automation.
- Research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Willingness to travel and work overtime as needed.
- Professionalism, ethics, and attention to detail.
- Technical skills in SQL, R, Python, or SAS are a plus.
- Permanent authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
