About the role#
The Supply Chain Development Program Internship is a 10-12 week summer assignment within the North American Supply Chain team. Interns build a foundation in supply chain operations by participating in and leading projects that drive business outcomes. You will work alongside integrated supply chain leaders to identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency and cost effectiveness. Key areas of focus include demand planning, order management, transportation, distribution operations, supply chain relations, inventory optimization, and metrics and analytics.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with managers to discover and implement supply chain improvements.
- Collect, verify, and analyze quantitative and qualitative performance data.
- Prepare internal scorecards, reports, and analyze performance trends.
- Perform diagnostics to identify causes of performance changes and suggest corrective actions.
- Provide performance visibility to leadership and present your findings.
- Build an understanding of key processes, systems, and analytics specific to your assigned functional area.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program pursuing a BS in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Operations Management.
- Completion of your Junior year by the start of the internship in June 2027.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- General knowledge of supply chain management theory.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without restriction or need for sponsorship.
- Prior internship or co-op experience is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of SAP is preferred.
