About the role#
The Edge Program is a 10-week summer internship within the Technology & Digital Services (TDS) department. This program places you at the intersection of business and technology, offering practical experience in Information Technology, Business Process, Shared Services, and EPMO. You will work under the guidance of a manager who acts as a coach to help you transition into a corporate environment. Successful interns may be considered for the full-time 3-year rotational Edge Program upon graduation.
What you'll do#
- Take on challenging projects that provide business value across the company.
- Collaborate with teams across a wide range of expertise and locations.
- Participate in networking events, team building activities, and career development sessions.
- Receive ongoing career guidance and advice from managers and peer mentors.
- Present your summer accomplishments to the CIO and the IT Leadership Team at the end of the program.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program.
- Expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
- Academic background in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
- Demonstrated technical capability and leadership potential.
- Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and work through ambiguity.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without restriction. Sponsorship is not provided for this role.

- Location: Franklin Lakes, New Jersey.
- Modality: This is an on-site position.
- Term: Summer 2027, starting June 7, 2027.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship with an hourly rate range of $26.00 to $33.00 USD.
