About the role#
The Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) Summer Analyst position is designed for motivated undergraduate students seeking practical experience in corporate finance. As an intern, you will work directly with a manager and receive guidance from assigned mentors to help you transition into a corporate environment. This program aims to build a pipeline for our full-time FLDP, and high-performing interns will be considered for full-time opportunities after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to key projects including business planning, cost accounting, financial systems, internal audit, investor relations, and revenue recognition.
- Take on challenging assignments across the Finance Organization and BD businesses that impact the bottom line.
- Participate in networking, career development, and team-building activities.
- Engage with the Finance Leadership Team and gain exposure to leadership-level initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
- Major in Finance, Accounting, Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Strong leadership potential, technical aptitude, and effective communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to new environments, take initiative, and work collaboratively.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction as to duration. We do not provide visa sponsorship.

- Work Modality: This is an on-site position requiring in-office presence to support collaboration.
- Compensation: Paid internship with an hourly rate range of $26.00 to $33.00 USD.
