About the role#
This program offers two opportunities through a single application. The Finance & Accounting Emerging Leaders Program (FELP) Summit is a three-day event held August 4-6 in Marlborough, Massachusetts. It provides exposure to our business, networking opportunities, and leadership development. Participants will also be considered for the Summer 2029 Finance Internship. If selected for the internship, you will work in either Marlborough, Massachusetts, or Minnesota.
What you'll do#
During the internship, you will join a team in accounting, internal audit, treasury, or financial planning and analysis. You will:
- Work on projects where your findings or solutions can be implemented into the business.
- Use Microsoft Excel and other financial systems to organize, analyze, and interpret data.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on finance-related initiatives.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Present your findings or recommendations to Finance leadership.
- Build your professional network and work with an assigned peer mentor.
- Interview for the Finance Leadership Development Program.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor's or graduate degree in accounting or finance with a graduation date in 2030.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to attend the full FELP Summit from August 4-6 in Marlborough, Massachusetts, in person.
- Ability to participate in the Summer 2029 Finance Internship from May through August if selected.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Marlborough location for the summit.
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
- Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and time management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and academic achievement.
- Interest in accounting, finance, and the medical technology industry.

- The internship follows a hybrid work model, requiring at least three days per week onsite.
- Internship placements are in Marlborough, Massachusetts, or Minnesota.
- The internship is a paid, full-time position.
- Participation in the FELP Summit is unpaid.
