About the role#
Reporting to the Associate Director of Upstream Marketing, this role supports the Vial & Central Solutions portfolio. You will assist with marketing collateral, launch readiness, competitive intelligence, and strategic initiatives. You will work alongside Product Managers, Downstream Marketing, Commercial Operations, Regulatory, Medical, and Legal teams to execute marketing strategies.
What you'll do#
- Support the development and maintenance of marketing collateral, sales tools, and launch packets.
- Manage marketing content review and approval workflows using VeevaVault.
- Track project timelines, approvals, and revisions to ensure deliverables meet deadlines.
- Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies.
- Conduct competitive landscape assessments and maintain intelligence resources.
- Gather and synthesize Voice of Customer insights from interactions and research.
- Coordinate project deliverables and stakeholder communication for business reviews, conferences, and internal presentations.
- Ensure documentation complies with Ad Prom policies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or near completion of a Master's degree or MBA.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A self-motivated approach and a desire to pursue future roles in Marketing or Product Management.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a matrixed organization.
